Recently, I was reminded of just how powerful and applicable the binding and loosing prayers truly are in our everyday lives, and how cunningly the enemy tries to make you forget the truth of God's Word.

Barbara Williams' Spiritual Warfare Class is one of the most thorough and eye-opening experiences I have ever walked through. It goes straight to the root and cause of spiritual strongholds in a way that is both deep and accessible.

Over the past year, I have had the privilege of getting to know Barbara personally, and what started as admiration quickly grew into one of the most treasured relationships in my life. She is a friend, a mother-figure, a trusted advisor, and a mentor all wrapped into one beautifully anointed woman.

For years I carried the weight of self-doubt and feelings of unworthiness without even realizing the enemy was behind it all. Barbara, in her gentle yet quietly authoritative way, looked at me and told me those feelings were manifestations of "unloving spirits."

I GASPED. 

"Wait - AM I unloving?!"

In that sweet southern voice of hers she said, "No sweetheart, that's not what it means - that's simply how unloving spirits manifest in a person."

Something rose up in me right then and there. I wanted it GONE. Immediately.

Barbara simply said, "Alright." She began to pray over me, calmly, precisely, and with full authority - identifying and calling out attacks that had quietly plagued me for years.

And from that day forward, I have walked in freedom.
